Why is there no author/attribution for some content?

There can be a few reasons for this. The sources being monitored by Sports Aggregator vary greatly.

For each source, we build a detailed configuration and crawling plan based on available content. This could simply be an RSS feed, but can also be something much more complicated. When a simple, clear path is not sufficient, we seek a solution/pathway that discovers the details we require but remains as unobtrusive as possible for site owners.

If our crawler cannot confirm the author, but we are confident the content is relevant and unique (through other factors), the item is added without an author or other credit.
